The Plaza Cafe
Found on the western side of the historic Santa Fe Plaza, The Plaza Cafe is the oldest restaurant in Santa Fe. It was originally opened in 1905 and looks much like a 1950s diner today. They serve the typical huevos rancheros and burritos, but they also have some unique options, such as the Huevos con Nopalito and the posole. Horseman’s Haven Cafe
A tradition in Santa Fe with some of the best hot green chile, Horseman’s Haven Cafe has been opened since 1960. They expanded in 2003 to accommodate more diners, but the food is still the same great options. They offer different levels of heat for the green chile with plenty of breakfast items, such as Carne Adovado, breakfast burritos and so much more.
