Home Santa Fe is thrilled to be offering Matterport technology, an immersive 3D virtual “always open house,” to select sellers. This cutting edge 3D media technology offers a new way to show your home and enables the viewer to “walk” through a home on-line. The viewer is transported into your home and can explore every room as well as tour a high-level doll house and floor plan view for ease of navigation.

Sotheby’s International Realty® Integrates 3D Tours with Virtual Reality Capabilities
The property detail pages on Sotheby’s International Realty’s proprietary websites now support 3D Tours allowing real estate consumers the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in homes listed by Sotheby’s International Realty. The 3D Tours also feature a Virtual Reality Tour (VR) experience that can be viewed through a compatible device such as an Android phone or VR headset.
