Defined as properties north of the Santa Fe River, this large area encompasses many historic properties, as well as homes as far north as the Governor’s Mansion and close to Circle Drive. No area in Santa Fe is as diverse as this area, with not only the old historic homes downtown, but also hillside homes with spectacular vistas over the city lights and off to the Jemez Mountains to the west. Price ranges can be as low as the $300,000 price point, with the occasional estate property eclipsing $5 million. The average price range is between $600,000 to $800,000.
